If you request a recovery brief, we collect the description, work email, role, organisation type and selected audience you submit. Earlier requests may include company size or level of government. Other product-evaluation inquiries may include your name and company. Please avoid personal, confidential or sensitive details in your description.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare your brief, understand the escalation you described and evaluate whether a pilot makes sense. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Demos
The interactive demos on this site run on fictional scenario data. They do not connect to your systems and do not ingest any of your customer or member data.
Retention and requests
We keep brief requests and product-evaluation inquiries only as long as needed for that conversation. Ask us at any time to correct or delete what you shared and we will do so.
